Stopped by on Friday to see if they would order tires for my truck, I wanted something a bit different. Norm was extremely professional and provided a reasonable quote. Tires arrived Monday, but I was too busy, so installed Tuesday. I am very happy with the whole experience. I strongly recommend Big Horn Tire in Gillette WY.

Called on Monday morning, with our 38ft RV to get wheels balanced. Salesman said will do it now. Technician showed me scalloped front left and said he would never get it right. Appreciated the candor and honesty. Also showed me the wear. Replaced tires. Alignment tech checked front end and found no reason for issues. Said it was probably a tire out of round and it got worse over time. Michelin tires has more than 50k miles on them so replaced and balanced the new front tires. Price was less than expected even with FMCA available discount. All was done in a timely fashion and everyone was totally

Very friendly staff! My wife and sister in law and her husband are on a family vacation to Yellowstone from central Indiana. We had some concerns on our proper psi and they quickly checked out our psi on all 4 tires and had us back on the road in 4 minutes. Exceptional service. If I need tires and am in the area I will return without a doubt.

After being ignored by another "BIG" tire company in Gillette, this company welcomed me with smiles and exceptional customer service. I had to buy and replace the tires on my Jeep and these guys walked me through brands and pricing, scheduled my appointment and had me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. We had an issue with a tire when passing through Buffalo, WY on 6/30/21. This is a very busy tire facility but they worked us in right away. The waiting facility inside was attractively furnished, comfortable and very clean which made the short wait pleasant.
These guys know what they are doing & they do excellent work for a great value. The gentleman who assisted us up front was really helpful and straight talking. You can trust them to do the work well and treat you fairly. We would definitely go here first.

We went to Big Horn Tire out in Buffalo right off the freeway. Our stem valve broke off while out on our two week road trip at the gas station across the road and Josh was more than happy to come help us out. He drove over, fixed the tire and even put it on for us. Very kind, knowledgable people around here always happy to lend a hand.

Blew a tire on our travel trailer near Gillette, WY at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. These guys were awesome. They came right to the exit we broke down on, got us jacked up and spare on within 20 minutes. We noticed that our other tires were in poor shape so went back to their shop down the road and got three more tires. We were back on the road within an hour and $200 later (which we thought was cheap for 3 new tires).
Friendly, fast service. Highly recommend. They were our saviors on the road.

2 week camping trip and flat tire outside Custer SD. Decided to take to Big Horn as it was on the way to our next destination and they had other locations...so perceived as reputable. I felt very vulnerable being from out of town, trailer in tow, wife & kids, etc. They could have told me anything and well..my options were quite limited. I couldn't have been more pleased...fixed the flat, put spare back up into truck, never unhooked trailer, employees all very nice, no up selling, and was out of there after $22.50 and one hour. I did see more mullets than I had seen in years...Thank
