Tyler Smith was born and raised in Omaha, NE. He graduated from Millard North high school and continued his education at Texas Christian University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance. He received his dental education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln, NE, graduating with High Distinction.
Kyle Hascall was raised in Valley, NE and graduated from Mount Michael Benedictine High School in Elkhorn, NE. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences, followed by the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry, graduating with Highest Distinction.
My family just started using Tyler Smith Family Dentistry. We have enjoyed working with Dr. Hascall and decided to bring everyone here rather than go to a pediatric dentist. Everyone is helpful and welcoming, easy to work with and very friendly. And I know our teeth are in good hands! Smith replaced a crown with great care.

My husband and I are devout patients. We have had a great experience here every time. Now we have 4 kiddos that also go here. I think it says a lot about a dentist office when your 3, 5, 7, and 9 year old basically count down the days until their appointment because they love going there so much. Great office and would 100 percent recommend.

Love this Dental Office. The staff are always smiling, friendly, helpful and genuine. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but going here makes it soooo much better knowing you are in great hands of people that truly care about you! I highly recommend you give them a try. Start with a cleaning and get to know everybody. You will then have them set as your office for when and if other problems arise. My family couldn't be happier.

This was my first and urgent visit to Dr. Tyler Smith after my long-term dentist retired. I was able to receive same day service.
After an exam, he determined that I had an abscessed and cracked tooth which needed to be removed. He removed the tooth.
His assistant and the office staff were pleasant and caring. He is now my dentist!

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it every time I visit - Smith & Hascall is absolutely amazing. Smiling faces (some you can’t see because of the mask - but you can imagine the smile), joyful atmosphere and that is before the scraping and the drilling! When that time comes, it’s still fantastic. I mean, sure, you’re going to the dentist. You may ask, “How in holy goodness is that enjoyable?!” I’d simply answer - because of the quality work, the fun conversation and the fact that everyone there seems to truly care about you.

I have had a fear of going to the dentist for quite a while; now I've found the place for me! ALL the staff are kind, courteous, and greet you by name. The hygienist and dentist talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable from x-rays to exam, and the shortest, easiest filling. I won't be going anywhere else and my family will soon be joining me.

I am new to Omaha and was so pleased to have this office recommended to me! From the first time I called for an appointment until I walked in the door, the receptionists were friendly and professional! I did not have to wait and was called in for my cleaning immediately. My hygienist was very professional and efficiently explained everything she was doing. The cleaning was thorough and she was gentle in her approach. Dr. Smith greeted me with warmth and kindness. I LOVED how I was able to view X-rays on the screen and have such a thorough unrushed explanation of what the X-rays revealed. I am confident
