Roger (the Owner) consistently lied 1) about timing of install (3-6 weeks stop & start vs. the 3-4 days to completion he promised)...2) about obtaining a specific tile that he was given not only a picture of the exact tile but also it's company name and item # several several weeks in advance ...he told remodeler that he had it then (finally) weeks later showed up with tile that was no where close to the chosen product ...4mos lost time on that specific project...3) when his workmen will actually show up to work vs. sitting around talking to each other or their girlfriends who drive
