Dana Simon specializes in the areas of probate and trust administration, estate planning and guardianships cases. She was was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association.
Dana graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minor in English.In 2011, Dana retuned to Miami, Florida for her law school career and attended Florida International University College of Law.

We recently used Yelen, Yelen and Simon for our wills and a house closing. We worked with Dana, Janelly and the rest of the team who were all outstanding, professional, and extremely responsive. These are - literally - attorneys' attorneys. I have practiced in two states for over forty years and I know responsive, professional and knowledgeable service when I see it, and in this law firm I have seen it. They represented my far-flung family as sellers in a real estate transaction that should have been simple, but (of course) was not.
