The windows to our apartment in San Francisco were left open during a massive rain storm, and the carpet in our bedroom was soaked. We reached out to Lava Steemer for help. I contacted Lave Steemer for carpet cleaning for my rental property last year. The carpets were cleaned but the tech failed to protect the corners of the walls and the exhaust hose caused drywall damage. After reporting I was told they would give me a $15 discount. Fast forward to last month I asked to have my couch cleaned in my new apartment space. The techs showed up but still thought I lived at last address despite me making it clear I live in an apartment. They show up on time but explain their hose won't reach, but they can remove stain with their solution and dry rag for $65. So I said

Horrible service. Came to clean a small stain the size of a quarter and used way too much water and solution, which soaked through the rug, pad below and into the hardwood floor leaving a yellow stain on a white rug and black stain on on the hardwood floor. Came back to review and clean again and made it even worse! My rug is ruined and my hardwood floor is stained. They don't have a business license, they are not insured and take payment only through venmo. Do not use.

They are dishonest. I asked for a quote and sent descriptions and pictures of the areas to cover. They offered a deal and a price. Once they came they asked for double of the quote given in the chat. I think this is absolutely dishonest. I will not recommend them nor I will contact them. THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE ESTIMATES THEY GIVE

My parents apartment carpet has around 8 years old and landlord doesn't want to replace it. My sister in law found them in Facebook.

Worst experience! I asked for both floor and wall tile and grout deep cleaning and sealing. They came and changed to 2 floors and 1 shower only. I was told it would be 2-hours' work but they finished within one hour as they waited for only 15 mins for it to dry before applying sealant. All the corners are still dirty when they told me its all done and asked me for money. I clearly told them I was not satisfied with the work and the manager John on the phone simply instructed the technician to take my card without trying to make me as a customer happy!
