Floor Max

After getting several bids Floor Max was by far the best! My master bedroom was repainted, my master bathroom was completely remodeled and I had carpet installed in all of my bedrooms. Thank you again Floor Max!

I called. He measured and quoted a price, the same day. That was Tuesday. Saturday, they installed it. The two men were fast, neat and efficient. Very happy with the job they did. It was a smooth transaction. I highly recommend FloorMax.

Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service by office personnel. Company came out to measure and provided a quote with limited information. Asked for more specific pricing as taxes were not included in the quote. Measurer advised office personnel to deduct fire place area and existing tiles from quote but this was instead added in error. When contacting office to rectify the error, was met with a hostile response. Office appeared highly disorganized and could not find information associated with quote. Property address was not recorded with quote information in hand written notebook.
