Elan was great . After a little over a year tug of war with the insurance company calling, faxing , emailing and getting the run around I finally decided to contact Elan. I was involved in an accident where my car was rear ended and the party at fault insurance company (Allstate) Denied fault on the claim. Elan took Allstate to trial and proved Allstate was at fault and we finally received justice and was compensated after almost 2yrs !! I would definitely recommend Elan 👍🏾👍🏾

What can I say , Mr Rafael is a first class attorney!! I had a very difficult accident case so difficult in fact that the original attorneys that I hired to take my case had to get Mr. Rafael to take the case over. He fought really hard for me with the insurance company who refused to accept liability. I went from almost gaining nothing to gaining 6,000!
