Perhaps business was different pre-Covid, but I called and made an appointment. I was given the available times when I called and selected the time that worked for me. I was on time. Only one hairdresser in the salon. She was curling the hair of the customer in the chair. I know from her voice that she was the person I spoke with on the phone. I told her that I was her appointment at 2. She said "is it 2 already?" I waited 20 minutes without getting my hair trimmed. Wasted my time. She didn't seem to care either. I will not ever return to her shop as she obviously doesn't care about her customers

I was in town for a wedding looking for a wash and blow out. They took me on short notice which was great. The woman I had was very rough both washing and blow-drying my hair. She didnt use any styling products, only hair spray to finish and my blow out was flat and pathetic within hours (my hair can hold a curl for days when I go to my regular stylist). She also charged me $40!!!
