Don't trust this company to do any work for you. They were supposed to develop a web site for me within 4-6 weeks. I needed the work done ASAP. I gave them all the info that they asked for and 2 months later there was nothing delivered and they told me that they had not developed anything that they could show me or deliver. I called over 2 months ago and complained and was told the developer is going to call me back that day. It has been over 4 months since they took my money and I have not even been able to get a call back from the developer who was supposed to work on my site! Of course

Sunpoint Design is an awesome company. I am a small florist and have been wanting a web site for a long time. They called me at the right time and have been there for me through the whole process. I have had all the voice and edits throughout the process. I have felt valued as a client and hope that this remains throughout my association with them. They are going to host my site as well. I have especially enjoyed working with Jenn and her team.

The Mass. office ripped me off. I gave them $400 to design a simple website. A month later they asked for another $320. I hadn't seen a thing. They wanted another $320 a month after that. I bailed and they threatened to sue! I got somebody else to do it for $200. It's perfect and they did it in an afternoon.
