We are a small family-owned business that started in 1951 by Uncle Lincoln. His brother Neal started working with him in the 80s and when the time came to retire, Neal naturally took the business over. When his son was old enough to hold a hammer and a shingle, it was only right that Chris learns the business.
Over time Chris has taken the company in a new direction by adding other services and specializing in more than just roofing. Also, while believing in the if it ain't broke, don't fix it saying where he still practices hand nailing on every roof, he also keeps up with the times and learns of new products and installation methods being created and realizes the business is evolving.

Brennan's did a wonderful job replacing my roof after it was damaged in Hurricane Zeta. They nail by hand rather than using nail guns, which is important, were responsive, showed up on time each day, and maintained a clean work site. The roof looks wonderful now and should last for my lifetime, pending any other natural disasters. I recommend Brennan's without hesitation.
