We've been on the road for a few days with our Class A motorhome with the overheating sensors telling us something was wrong, especially going up hill. We were on 476 headed to our next destination and called the thruway authority. They sent guys from All Points Towing & Service to meet us at the next service area and they arrived within several minutes. On site they were very friendly and were able to diagnose the problem at no charge. They weren't able to fix the problem because they didn't have the parts but gave us some advice and sent us on our way.

We stupidly had Jiffy Lube change our oil before taking a road trip. Crossing through the Poconos, the car started making a lot of noise, and when we pulled over, a flap under the engine was loose and banging against the car. We called All-Points, pulled in, and they asked if we'd just had oil changed. When we said yes, Brian said they didn't screw the pad back in, crawled under the car, unscrewed the only two (of four) screws and pulled the piece off so we could continue, reminding us to reattach when we got home. Didn't even charge us. Good people, more than fair, and kind. If

Our van broke down on 476 N on the July 4th weekend near Jim Thorpe. We called for a tow and Matt from All Points Towing and Recovery came out to help get us off a busy section to get our family safely off the highway.
Matt was patient, helpful and had a great attitude. His professionalism was a great asset, as he knew how to be a help in a potentially stressful situation.
Then he delivered our vehicle back home and then called us to let us know the location of where it was parked with the keys.

Car broke down on 476N, rollback showed up 15 minutes earlier than expected. Had it towed 55 miles up to a dealer(on a Sunday, 2 techs happened to be there) for a very reasonable price. The driver patiently found out where they would like it dropped since it would not start and backed it right in where they wanted it. I hope to never have to call them again but if I need to then I wouldn’t hesitate. Great work.

We had a valve stem on our left rear tire on our van while towing north on the PA Turnpike. Luckily we were just approaching the Turnpike Hickory Run Service Plaza, and pulled off and started looking on our phones for a local tire shop nearby. The closest that said they could help us were over 12 miles away, and I did not think the tire would make it that far, so we called AAA. All-points responded quickly, put our spare on, and told us that could install a new high pressure valve at his shop less than two miles away.
