Health Care Associates (HCA) and Community Care Givers (CCG) offer a complete network of private duty home care and related services designed to meet a variety of needs. Private duty home care refers to one-on-one care that is paid for by a private payer source such as an insurance agency, individual or managed care organization.
Certain criteria must be met to receive services under Medicare. Your doctor will be involved and will need to write a prescription for the skilled services. Medicare should be thought of as "visits" rather than blocks of hours. Home aide services on part time or intermittent basis, which may include help with personal care, bathing, toileting, or dressing.
Medically fragile children can put additional difficulties on our lives, but also grant us many blessings. As gifts from God, children can bring smiles to our faces, even in the darkest times. Our job at Community Care Givers is to come along side you, walk with you and your family, and perhaps, make life a little easier.
