I called at 6:40 pm because I needed a plumber. Their answering service took my information. My bathtub is somehow full of human waste. They advertise as being a 24 hour service. Seven hours later, and they haven't bothered to call me back.
Edit. They responded the next day, and had the issue was resolved quickly, and professionally.

Horrible company! They have the worst customer service in the area and everyone I have spoken with, who have used them in the past, have told me they have had nothing but problems with this company. Those answering the phone are extremely rude. I wish I knew about the reviews before I had them install all new heating and cooling appliances. Since the install, it has been nothing but problems. Now, not only have they refused to honor the warranty (i.e. unless I agree in advance to cover additional expenses they will tack on later), they also tried to convince my husband (i.e. without leaving the
