First we need to explain where the cash comes from. Most builders pay us (Realtors) a commission to sell their homes to buyers(you). This usually involves bringing you to subdivisions and registering you as our buyer, this can be done by telephone or fax, depending on the builder. If you purchase a home from one of the builders we register you at, we receive a commission.
