So happy with our new roof! I was worried about having a new roof installed in the middle of summer and working around our crazy FL rain but AK got everything done in 2 days and made me feel at ease. We love our new roof and are very pleased with the entire process.

Owner Andrew came to our residence and quoted the options that met our requirements. The install went well and from the tare off to final finish everything went as agreed. We did not cut corners. The roof inspector Certified that the install met all code requirement. The project Manager Mike came out everyday to assure install went well. The install crew were very polite and courteous. You will not be able to find a more quality roofer than this only a more expensive one.

Prior to selecting a roofing contractor, I researched about a dozen companies - looking at their BBB rating, Google reviews & rating, how long in business, if locally based, do they sub-contract, licensed & insured, etc. I also spoke with several neighbors who recently had their roofs completed by different company’s and asked what they liked & didn’t. After doing my due diligence, I narrowed it down to my top three selections and scheduled interviews. NEGATIVE REVIEW UPDATED
Sent a complaint to the state in regards to the problems from the completed work we have incurred from the new roof installed. After a long process with the state, they said that workmanship and contract terms are a civil matter and that I would have to find remedies in the civil courts. This alone sickens me to think back… on how many times he said he only does professional work and I believed him on that basis, well so much for my trust.
It’s been over a year and the tar still leaks onto the fascia after I clean it, also the damage caused by the leak in the
