Very disappointed with the live streaming "service" that was offered. Needless to say, we weren't able to be present during our uncle's funeral service and were counting on witnessing it via live stream. We were unable to see ANY of it, we kept playing and pausing in hopes of it working, which left a large portion of the family with the inability to pay our last respects and celebrate his life even if through the internet. If you're going to offer the live stream service, get a BETTER network or whatever it is you need to do to get, so that families don't have to miss
