An insurance agent is supposed to be an advocate FOR the customer. Someone should inform Anthony Otwell of his duty to represent his customer. I filed a claim October 14/15 of 2021. The claim was denied even though the agent in that office told me my claim would be paid. They referred me to Serv Pro to do some demolition in my home. The demolition team with that company came out and tore floors up in 3 bedrooms, the hall and one bathroom. I would give this sub human a zero if I could. He does not stand by his clients, he stands by the contractors and the insurance company. He does not care about his client at all. Anthony Otwell, only cares about the money he has made off my husband over the past 14 years and how he can make more money off of him. When we needed to make a claim, he stood by the insurance adjuster and told us we had to use the cheapest contractor. The work was not done right. Just moved to State Farm with Anthony and I have appreciated the accessibility of him and his staff. Bought a car in December and they were available late on a Friday to get it bound on top of which Anthony helped me on a flood policy which threatened to be deal killer on a home purchase and he got it done and for less than earlier quoted.

Um, YES on customer service! I reached out to get a quote because they are here in Maumelle, and it was time to dump A-S, my current provider that has raised my rates at least once / year without claims or a ticket in 6 years. There is a live (friendly) person, Dana who answered the phone each time I called, with a follow up question (unlike my other insurer, also local to Maumelle, where I get an automated answer). I met with Dana and Anthoney the next day when I dropped in to provide all the documents. Not only are they saving me $1,800 / year over what I was paying, my coverage amounts increased

I visited my State Farm office in order to sign paperwork for an auto loan. I had my new car financed through a Credit Union. My State Farm agent contacted me to discuss refinancing at a lower rate. They were able to refinance at a 2% lower rate.
I have been with the State Farm agency for over 30 years and have always had good experiences. The customer service is excellent.
