I had an amazing experience with the Vet at the Osborne clinic in Reedsport. We are traveling with our senior dog who had an intestinal issue. We originally called the Osborne clinic in Florence the receptionist was unhelpful and unsympathetic to our issues. Told me since we were not clients they might schedule us in the next few days maybe. I then called the Osborne clinic in Reedsport they told us they would fit us in later that afternoon. We were concerned this was EOL for our 15 year old. The Vet checked out our puppy and prescribed antibiotics and a meal plan to support her age. I am very

Fantastic People!! Ours was a very unique situation with a rescue animal. Not only did the Osburn Vet Clinic welcome our stray in, they went above and beyond to support us from over 300 miles away including another state. We highly recommend Osburn for their continuing care of animals, and for the fantastic humans that work there. Keep up the good work!

We are traveling in our RV and our dog needed to see a vet. Called the office - the receptionist was very professional, took the pertinent information and set us up with a same day appointment. The veterinary assistant was pleasant and efficient and the vet was too. The vet examined our dog and gave excellent treatment. We would highly recommend this veterinarian.

We took our kitten to be spayed and declawed - was quoted by phone $75 for spay, $65 for declawing plus meds and total was to be $175. We made the appointment and when we picked her up we were told it was going to be $480. They said they did not know she was in heat and scheduled for a neuter as they quoted us the wrong price. We said that was too bad as we told them who and date of quote less than a few days ago. We finally settled on $250 but refused to go back.

Not a great experience. The receptionist was rude, it was a long wait before we were seen (we had an appointment), my pet was over tested for something simple, and they seemed to want to sell me on a lot more tests, vaccinations, etc.. But most of all, many of the staff and the vet didn't really listen.

The people at this clinic kept me away from my dying dog even though no emergency treatment was being provided except for hot water bottles. An IV with antibiotics had been inserted but was turned off while I was sitting in the waiting room, worried sick & sad that I was not allowed to be with my dog. There was no valid reason to let my dog die without her best friend as no emergency resuscitative measures were being performed. I was then mailed the vet's notes, including the time of death & a notation indicating that I was allowing the clinic to dispose of my dog's remains
