Sciatica… It hurts really badly. Some days, it’s almost unbearable. I’ve had that horrible condition occur a few times throughout my life, and it’s always been very unpleasant to say the least. Every time that I’ve ever had it, it’s gone away after a couple of weeks. This time, I waited a couple of weeks, and that turned into a couple of months, and that turned into half a year straight of daily pain. It hurt to sit down, it hurt to stand up, and it hurt to lie down. There was no reprieve.

Dr. Jake is very good at his job, has helped me walk again when I was in extreme pain. My doctor told me my best bet was to go to the pain clinic and they could manage my pain. Also told me a chiropractor couldn't help me, she was wrong. Would highly recommend Dr. Jake.

Went in with a rib issue I'd had for about nine months and finally got fed up with ... I was a little skeptical but the doc fixed me up perfectly along with loosening everything else up as well. I now feel better than I have in a long time!

Don't go here. Just like 99% of doctors all he cares about is their pockets. Im a man of reason and can understand why most people do the things they do, so Im not just an annoying consumer who likes to complain for the hell of it. My girlfriend went in to basically get her sciatic nerve/muscle checked. She pulled it the morning of and we went that day, even though it was starting to get better. I dropped her off and when she was done she called me, crying, to pick her up. So I did, she could barely get in the car without screaming bloody murder. Then she told me she couldn't get a doctor's note
