Trey has been outstanding to work with. With little to no notice, he helped us find and quickly secure a rental after the sale of our home. He went out of his way on several occasions to make sure the home was ready for us for move in with the short notice. He and his team initiated repairs quickly after minor storm damage to the rental. Trey and his team have been professional and helpful! We could not have asked for a better rental, or overall rental experience with Trey and Terramark. Terramark was my landlord while I rented for a year and they were always very responsive and were quick to address the only maintenance issue that I had in that period. They even coordinated lawn care and HVAC servicing for the property. I strongly recommend renting from Terramark.

Do not rent at all from this company . Been in my rental house only 3 months and everything is falling apart . You have to wait on the homeowners for everything. Put in work orders the first day I move in and it’s the third month and nothing has gotten done yet . Lisa is very helpful and passionate about her job but the rest can care less. They just want the money and that’s it I wish I never moved in this home then worst discuss I have made . As long as they are sleeping good at night they don’t care . You call and text them and they don’t reply. Again do not rent from this company

I recently changed management companies to terramark real Estate. Within 2 weeks I started to receive past due rents that were owed to me. Lisa is very responsive and gets back to me quickly. Even lets me know the progress of what's going on directly to my cell phone. So far I am very happy that I made the effort of moving to another manager for my properties!

1. I did not start receiving payments until the 3rd month following the instructions you received from the owner that payments were to be sent to me. When I sent a written complaint that this was unacceptable, my complaint was ignored by your firm.
2. 1099 was sent to me for the whole year of 2020 although I never received a single payment that year. When I requested a correction be made to the IRS and verification sent to me of the correction, it was never verified to me. So far as I know the correction was never made.

Trey and his group are real genuine folks! With a really limited budget to purchase a home, my family and I were about to give up and go back to renting. By a stroke of luck (and some serious Devine intervention) we met Trey. Ironically, my wife called about a different property, BUT Trey told us to go look at the one we eventually would buy.
