Michael is a native of Northwest Indiana. He attended Culver Military Academy where he graduated with Honors and won awards for his excellence in Horsemanship, played polo, and was a part of the elite Black Horse Troop. An Indiana University alumnus, Bloomington became a part of his life the moment he set foot on campus.
Animals and pets are loved and encouraged at Sycamore Farm Bloomington! All of our animals are available for events at the farm and are happy to pose for pictures with guests and hosts. Sycamore Farm Bloomington is pet friendly and happy to accommodate all animals should you choose to bring them for your special event!

My daughter’s wedding was going to be on Halloween and since then they called off the engagement. Her ex fiancé has been contacting the owner to get my money back which I live in Northwest Indiana. I never received a contract but they had no issues taking money out of my account and the owner won’t refund my money. With the pandemic in full force and mask mandates are back how can someone be so heartless at this time and since the COVID hit our country I lost my job. So it would be very gracious to receive my over $6,000 back

This is an absolutely beautiful venue for a special occasion! There is ample room for dining and dancing and plenty of room for the young kids to run around, feed the horses, etc. while the rest of the folks celebrate. If you are looking for that special place to make make great memories, you want to check out Sycamore Farms.

Lovely venue and location for a wedding reception we attended. They have a beautiful, clean barn with plenty of space for lots of tables and a dance floor. There is also lots of space with beautiful grass outside of the barn where guests can mingle, take pictures, and hang out. Kids have plenty of space to run around and play. There are horses in a pasture behind a fence, which the kids also enjoyed a lot as well. It is an outdoor venue so it had the potential to be hot, but there were lots of trees for shade and they had fans on inside the barn. Highly recommend this setting for any event!

Sycamore Farm Bloomington is one of my very favorite venues in Indiana! From the second we arrived I could tell that this venue was different. Horses and donkeys graze in the pasture, rolling hills surround you and the barn is set back from the road - leaving you with an incredibly private and peaceful space for your wedding! The owners were great to work with and were so kind! The barn has both modern and rustic touches with plenty of space for guests. Highly recommend!

I was the maid of honor in my best friend's wedding here at Sycamore Farms. This was the first time I have been to Indiana, and let me just say that I was SO INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED at how amazing this venue is. The setting is unlike anything else!! The entire property eludes a rustic luxury feeling which made the day seem so magical. The facility is top notch, and the service was impeccable. I live on the east coast, but if I lived in the Midwest or anywhere near Bloomington, this would be my #1 choice for my wedding venue hands down when I get married.
