Sent the wrong form to the wrong person causing visa process to be returned to NVC.
Ia am the foreigner which my us fiancee started a k1 visa process for. Claiming this is false is very unprofessional. Do you want me to post proof here on the internet? You sending a form to the us citizen which I, the foreigner was to fill in, caused the visa to be stopped during the interview. The visa was then returned to NVC because of this form. You, Sir, should be very careful to say this is false. I have sent an response email to you which you never responded to. My US fiancee refused to return to your office

Mr.Gahagan is an really professional and knowledgeable lawyer. I trusted him 100% and by following his instructions I got my green card. He is really patient and reply every call and email, I had way to many questions during my application, he always there to give me the right advice. Besides that, he is really attentive, he made sure I got every copy of every letters that USCIS every sent me, and he called and checked on me to make sure I got my green card in hand. I would recommend anyone I know to hire him for any immigration related problem, with him by me and my husband side on the interview

Why even try to say a word when you have a dishonest lawyer looking to take advantage of a situation that we didn’t even need a lawyer. The immigration office said we didn’t need a lawyer. We put in our own application and had some problems with the process. We went for help and all we got was a second application and fees plus 5,000.00 lawyer bill… and we got our son here on the original I-130 that we filled originally for. We lost our money from the lawyer and additional filing fees for a second I-130 application that we had to notify the immigration that our son got here on

We hired Mr. Gahagan to help us with the k1 visa and also adjustment of status. He always told us exactly what was going to happen, and how to prepare. He and his staff were quick to answer all of our questions, inform us of all upcoming appointments, provide copies of government notices, etc. For our green card interview, mr Gahagan met us there, and was with us during the interview, which gave us a boost of confidence. Our case is very difficult. He listened to and answered all of our questions. He's very professional. He will protect us when something goes wrong. He reviewed all the papers that the officer gave us to sign. We were very nervous before the interview, but thanks to him, our interview went well beyond expectation.
