Above and beyond response. We had all 68 of our employees tested and 3 came back positive. We found out midday Friday and sent everyone straight home. I immediately started looking for some kind of Covid-19 disinfecting. I spoke to Ryan on the phone and he explained the hospital grade disinfect they used, that is was CDC Covid approved and how a typical job is done. We're a shipping hub and basically run 24/7. I was really worried that we'd have to close down for a few days or worse. But 2 hours later they were disinfecting our entire office and both company vehicles. Seriously... a 2 hour response

They're like a one stop shop. I gotta say they helped us out a lot. We started a few months back with disinfecting for Covid. Had them back for a regular cleaning which included carpet cleaning. Turned out really nice. Then they returned last week and cleaned the tile in our lobby and bathrooms. All in all we're pleased.

I contacted Coastal Cleaning to handle the construction cleaning for our most recent project. These guys are fantastic from top to bottom. The cleaning itself went smooth and we set up 3 cleanings over the final phase of the project.
But the real reason I’m leaving this review is because they’re on point and organized when it comes to all the paperwork and preliminary stuff that we needed prior to getting them onto the job site.
We require a contractors agreement, field work order, safety procedure plan and we badge each employee prior to entering the job site. They took care of all that

I can't say enough great things about Coastal Cleaning. They've been cleaning my Corpus Christi office for almost 3 years now. Excellent janitorial services and they've also helped organize clean ups and carpet cleaning for our fundraiser events. The work has been spot on but the biggest positive about this company is the customer care and communication. If you live in Corpus you know how hard it is to get local businesses to return emails or even answer the phone. These guys are the best about returning texts, calls and making themselves available in person if need be. Awesome job Coastal!
