My name is Sally Olivas and I am the owner and founder of The La' La' Spa in Missouri City, TX. I worked in the beauty industry from the time I got out of high school until 2005 when I changed career paths and went into real estate. This entire business is a sham! Call the phone number linked to the business, lady answered and said owner of la la spa was dead. However, same number is associated with a different spa! Reported business to BBB, Missouri City, and fort bend! Do not purchase or do business with associated phone number.

I scheduled a group of 5 for a brief girlfriends outing after brunch. Christeen was attentive, educated us, and was very friendly. She was accomodating when one of our party wanted to change her service at the last minute to a different service. We loved the lip waxing, brow waxing, lash tinting, and brow tenting services. The mimosas were lovely upon our arrival. We are planning to return again!

My first experience and impression of the The La La Spa was wonderful! I called to inquire about a last-minute booking for lash extensions. Sally was very communicative and able to squeeze me in with Lashista Bria.
First, ladies, the tables on which you lay have warmers, which made the almost 2-hour experience so comfortable! Bria carefully removed the lashes (from a different studio) and applied new ones to give me a 'classic' set. I took a goood nap. It was a very quiet and peaceful session. When I woke up and looked in the mirror, my lashes looked extremely natural and dainty!

From the first time I walked in to the salon they made me feel so welcomed! The owner has gone the next step to make sure her place will be as safe snd clean for all customers . I have always received excellent service . Salleye has always tried to work with me to get me my service I needed as soon as possible. You won't be disappointed as all her services nails ,facials are top notch! Very clean and the staff are super!!!

I have been here a few time to get my nails done by Denesha and it has been a fantastic experience. Before we start and throughout the process I’m offered a variety of beverages. She takes her time to ensure my… nails are perfect and is gentle through the entire process. My nails don’t feel brittle and damaged afterwards. I will absolutely continue to go here. I definitely recommend anyone to go here to try any of their services.

The lady who did my nails was super sweet, and she definitely took her time to do my nails, to make sure it was perfect. But whatever product they are using is extremely cheap. I got dipped on my real nails, and less than a week all of them have been chipped or cracked in half. I have never had this experience before, every time I get my nails done it'll last for a long time and never chips. But this time was ridiculous.

So about four days later nails started to come off I called to shop two times and I left a message and no one called back about this service and they now I feel as if I've been robbed no way my nails should look like this after 3 days of lifting and on the forth day they slid off pictures will follow I've now changed my rating to a 1 wow great way to deliver The la la spa and will be reporting this google and Groupon
