Step 1: Come in for a consultation and find out if your are a good candidate for a dental implant. Step 2: The doctor will either refer you to an Oral Surgeon or he will schedule you to have the implant placed in our office. Step 4: When you are well healed the doctor will then take impressions if the implant to mold the prosthesis (tooth) and send them to the dental laboratory.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!! My 10yr old recently had to have 3 teeth removed to make room for future braces. He wasn’t scared, wasn’t nervous, didn’t cry - he was Ready! I think I was more anxious than he was!!!! The whole experience left my child eager for his next dental appointment- a cleaning - which also helped me, as his mother!, alleviate anxiety! Dr Sizemore & his staff are absolutely amazing!!!! More than 5 stars - Highly Recommend 😇

I have always been uneasy at any dentist office but found Dr.Caleb Sizemore and his associates very friendly and helpful in any situation I have had. I recently had a root canal by a specialist he referred me too and about a week ago got my temp crown off and he put the new permanent one on and I am very pleased with my bite and the look of new crown! Their office also made a follow up phone call recently to make sure everything was fine:) I would definitely recommended this dentist office 100%
