We began discussions with Picasso Painting many months ago, but due to continual changes in our schedule we had to put painting the entire exterior of our house on hold several times. Picasso Painting painted the exterior of our 2-condo, 3 story building. It was the first week that non-essential construction restrictions lifted in SF during COVID-19. Fernando and Nain showed up at 8am each day. They power washed, scraped and sanded, and did both spray priming/painting and brush applications. They were very professional and proactive in their communications, seeking to assure that both families were in agreement with decisions along the way and happy with their work. I used Picasso Painting for my gutters which needed to be painted. The secretary at the office is very nice and very fast in responding to emails. The work was done very nicely and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely used them again.

Picasso painted our town house development three years ago. We are located very near the ocean with lots of salt in the in the air and fog and sun. Naturally it's a tough environment on paint. This summer, we had a few places where paint had bubbled and stain had worn off. Sergio sent Fernando to fix it. Fernando did a very careful and thorough job and it's looking good again.

Absolutely fantastic job done on our 18 unit condo building. We were in the process have having windows replaced requiring 3 different stages of work. Picasso worked around our schedule to paint the exterior of the building in phases as window replacements completed. Picasso was subcontracted at the end of a long re-construction process that included mold remediation, drywall, new crown molding and more.

They showed up and made the process seamliess - and the quality of the work was indeed as good as it gets.

They were polite, communicative and in at least one case painted an entire ceiling where only part of it was specced.

They will be my first go-to when I am ready to make the rest of my house look as good as the part they painted does now!

Edgar Ortega and Picazzo Painting did a great job on the interior and exrerior of our family room after window replacement. Lots of woodwork, 3 color scheme. Very good prep, and very clean. Painters were polite and a pleasure too have in our home.

I requested an estimate for our San Francisco home exterior painting and they had an average response time. We set the time and the day and when the day came we waited and waited. it past 30 min of the appointment time no one showed up!!! I called the person's cell phone couple of times and no answer. I called their office and no answer! I left a message and explained the situation ( this was last Saturday its been one week) and no phone call or email to apologize or explaining what happened. this shoes their professionalism so DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! there are many options out there. find

A friend of mine had her condo painted and crown molding installed by Picasso Painting. I have to tell you the results were outstanding! And so I called them to do my big family room. And, wow, I am so happy with the results. I can't thank Sergio Mata and his crew enough for doing an outstanding job! Nain, the painter, did a flawless job!
