There has never been a time that Kelley and his crew has not taken the time to listen to me, fix the issue at hand, and keep me on track for future oil changes and services. The inspection that he does with each vehicle gives me a chance to budget for future maintenance. My trust with this shop is great and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future! They have been extremely helpful with vehicle maintainance and repairs on our daughters car(s) in the last several years. Very personable and reasonable on rates and repairs and super honest!! As parents we are are helpless 900 miles away! But the folks at Performance helped take the worry out of mechanical isaues we have encountered while our daughter attended Nursing school in Lamar. Would not recommend to anybody. Took my car in and spent $300 to get it diagnosed and they told me it was the computer in my car that needed fixed. So I asked them if my car was worth fixing and they said yes after they put the computer in my car should be driving good. When I got my car back the same day I drove it I heard a ticking noise so I took it back. Spent $1,000 to get it fixed just to find out my timing chain was bad and gonna cost $2,600 extra for it to be fixed. So not only did they scam me for my money but didn’t diagnose it right. Now I can’t even drive my car at all. Got my car
