Soco roofing did our inspection prior to purchase of our home. We were told we had 10-13 years of life on the roof of the home. At 1.5 years our roof was failing in a bad way and we have had to put a whole new roof on our home plus repair the interior of our home using another reputable roofing company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I learned of Soco Roofing after a visit to Home Advisor. Zach and Keith were very descriptive in what work that they would perform and how they would accomplish the goal. I had a very old and damaged roof on both my house and my garage. Many boards and sheets needed replaced. The soffit and facias needed replaced on the garage and a dip in my house roof was repaired. I will be contacting them in the future for more work to my house from their company. I couldn't be more satisfied. Great job SoCo! "They were awesome! They have created a great niche for themselves and do excellent work. Those of us who used less-than- qualified roofers and found poor workmanship caused leaks in the roof, these are the folks to call. They were thorough in their inspection (inside the house and out), explained fully what happened and why, and how they would resolve the issue. All was corrected with quality, at a reasonable rate and were very pleasant and personable people to work with. Matched my existing shingles, you cannot even tell where the patch was made!
