Great news Wisp fans! Please contact your stylist/tech to schedule your appointment, each provider in the salon will book their own appointments. You MUST have an appointment. One client - alone - at a time per provider. Please wait in your car/truck and call or text your hair/nail/lash gal when you arrive, and they will let you know when you can come in and meet you at the door.
Please only bring one bag/purse into the salon. Each client must wash their hands with soapy, warm water, for a minimum of 20 seconds before their service. We (your providers) will have masks on for your entire appointment. You are not required to wear a mask into the salon, but you may if you want to.

I went to salon wisp because I was told the
stylist could do my hair. I also explained if you can't do my hair I understand just be honest. I have told other salons that. I went in and the stylist told me she could do my hair no problem. Not only did my hair turn orange but she didn't even cut it like I asked. I was sent home with brassy hair and spent over 200. When I reached out to the stylist she offered to tone my hair again with darker toner. I wanted blonde hair. Why would I go darker? I saw Nicole Fry to get my roots touched up. It should be noted Wisp is a "hub" of sorts for hair stylists. The stylists rent a space and operate their own business from their respective spaces. So my review is specifically for Ms. Fry and not for Salon Wisp.

Not a personal experience but my cousin got her hair done and it was soo brittle in the back, she went to see someone else and they had to cut a good amount due to all the damage. The hairdresser was not professional and literally asked for money in the middle of the process because her boyfriend wanted to "buy groceries". The hair was styled upon request and even then I think the hairdresser knew it wasn't the best because the style was even half assed. I don't know if it was just a bad day to go in or what but i would not come here my self. I checked out the insta page for

Parking was HORRIBLE with how cold it is had to park off the street. Your better off getting dropped off. Show up 10 mins prior to appointment hairstylist isn't even here.
No one walks up to u when coming in to greet you. There is more socializing among employees than the clients. I was given this a Xmas gift from a soon to be ex but clearly u get what u paid for.
I feel awful even leaving a review because the hairstylist herself was kind personable and someone I'd love to hang with but the overall professionalism of the salon I was disappointed.

I'm so disappointed! I just moved here and have been to 3 different hairdressers. Does no one know how to cut/color in this town? The girl I went to here was the WORST. My hair is completely choppy, NOT EVEN CLOSE to the picture I gave her and the color is so uneven and didn't set long enough, I have orange on the top. Its SOO embarrassing, I have to wear a hat. I cant afford to fix it since it was crazy expensive. Apparently you do NOT get what you pay for.

Love Melissa. She is amazing and couldn't brag enough. Her coloring technique is on point along with her styling. If you go online and check fb you can see for yourself how many people have left positive reviews. Also, this is a cute salon. There are two nail techs and quite a few other stylist as well. Great music playing and just an all around cheery spot!
