Prior to starting her CPA practice, Jennifer spent five years as the comptroller for a large property investment company. In this position she designed and implemented new accounting and management software and built up a wealth of knowledge of the real estate business. This includes ample experience in accounting and tax preparation related to rental property, mortgage and installment sales.

Jennifer Wray CPA PLLC provides Surprise Custody Examination for the registered investment advisers who have custody per Rule 206(4)-2 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (the"Act"). The advisers are deemed to have custody of client assets that are held directly or indirectly by a related person in connection with advisory services provided by the adviser to its clients.
Jennifer Wray has ample experience in real estate investment. She spent five years as the comptroller of a large real estate investment company that owned over 700 single-family houses. From there she started her own real estate investment business that has been thriving for the past eight years.
She is a licensed real estate sales agent and has worked with a large number of investors on tasks ranging from real estate transaction consulting to tax planning and preparation.If you need help with any aspect of real estate investment, she will help you to handle it.

Jennifer has been helping me with my taxes for the past 5years. She is always available to answer my 1000 questions every year, extremely patient, and responds quickly. Jennifer has been doing our personal taxes and the taxes for our companies (LLCs and C Corporations) for several years. She is very, prompt, responsive and priced very reasonably and affordably. She is knowledgeable and prompt and has bailed us out several times (or more accurately almost every time) after we submitted all docs to her at the last moment. Jennifer always went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and always has the client's best interest in mind. I would reccommend her strongly to anyone looking for a good CPA. I originally found Jennifer through a listing on Craigslist, when she was doing some private Tax work on the side, while working a full time job. She helped me out of a bad situation another so called CPA had put me in with the IRS. That was many years ago. I consider myself so lucky having her as my CPA for all these years. She is very thorough, and suggests different ways to save you money, and get the best return possible. I moved out of Houston late last year, but Jennifer will always be the one I will turn to for my taxes. Thank you Jennifer. I appreciate you more than you can imagine!
