Ants in bed, closet and clothes. Bit all over. Reported to corporate with pictures and videos. However, this management at this specific hotel refused to contact me back. Called couple times for manager to call, no response to date.
I will not recommend or promote. Until manager calls I’ll continue to voice my feelings and what happened here.
Beware the ants bite they last for days.

Traveling to Miami we stayed here overnight. The room was clean , beds comfy . Plenty of space outside for our dog to do her business. Very quiet , light breakfast options . It was a pleasant surprise ! Everything else was super expensive! But this place was great ! Would definitely stay again when passing through! Beautiful landscaping around the pool area too !

Avoid! Made reservations well in advance for a wheelchair accessible room. Reservation was confirmed by the hotel. Day of check-in was told that the room was not available. The manager couldn’t have cared less. Left us completely stranded without a place to stay. Horrible way to treat people! Would not recommend!

Other than lugging our stuff up to the 2nd floor our stay was a good one. My son remembers us staying here when a different chain owned it. Breakfast was good. I wanted plain hash browns and was surprised when it was cooked fresh for me. Front desk was exceptionally helpful. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Just wish decafe coffee was offered at breakfast and during the night.
