I went to look at a watch they had listed online. Having never been there, I wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and was given warm and friendly service. Aaron happily answered all my questions, but wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't have the answer.
The watch was gorgeous (as advertised), and priced quite competitively. It was an easy decision to make the purchase! I had arrived right when they opened, so the watchmaker- who was another outstanding person to deal with- wasn't yet available to size the watch.

My partner and I spent the whole day shopping and looking for engagement rings which was a little bit of a roller coaster…. and then we ended up at Porcello’s and it was an AMAZING experience! The employee was nothing but helpful and fun while we went about the experience of trying on tons of rings. He had many good recommendations and we ended up finding the one and more! We ended up purchasing my engagement ring, wedding band, matching necklace (which I absolutely love!), and my partners wedding ring all for a reasonable price. So thankful for our experience here - definitely memorable!

Fast forward 8 years when my aquamarine stone was removed for cleaning only to discover it is SYNTHETIC- came out in 2 pieces glued together and the blue color was nearly gone since it was DYED. I do not know how this company is still in business. Who else paid way too much for plastic!!?? If I didn't live out of state now I would picket outside this store to warn others. Despicable.

I had a great experience with Porcello Jewelers. This review is only related to their online sales, particularly Austin Porcello who was excellent to work with. I live in California and was actively looking for a specific luxury watch and found it on the porcellos.com website. I've never been in store and have never purchased a watch through an online retailer so was a bit hesitant.

I have an heirloom pair of ivory and gold nugget hand carved earrings that my grandfather brought to my grandmother from his days in the Yukon during the gold rush. I've loved these earrings for so many reasons. They are exquisitely beautiful, and I loved my grandparents dearly.

Props to Jason who was so kind and gracious to me. He took a watch left to me by my late husband , he researched the authenticity for me without charge. The rest of the staff was so gracious while Jason was busy with my watch. Upon his return he took great care to tell me exactly what the watch was, it was genuine and what I could do to bring it back to its original shape. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is a joke. While waiting for 20 minutes to be helped by their estate jewelry appraiser, we listened to him tell a customer there was a hairline crack in his watch that they could only see under a magnifying glass and therefore, they would only give him $500 for it. Seemed sketchy but we stayed.
When he finely comes over to look at the ring I brought in to possibly put on consignment, he barely acknowledges me or my boyfriend and proceeds to tell me their is an almost invisible fracture in my diamond and therefore he will only give $2500 for it because

While they delivered a beautiful piece of jewelry, Will made my fiancé cry. Yes cry. You know why? Because he refused to sell me the ring that we had designed.
She cried in the middle of the store and nobody besides myself and other customers cared. Shame on you Porcellos for not handling a delicate situation despite the owner himself being there.
There are simply some people who do amazing work, but should not be allowed to interact with customers.
I'm truly sorry they got my business.
