Just did our roof 3-17-20 though a sub contractor. Roof came out fine but they destroyed our gutters all the way around the house. Called and called text the sales man no one contacted us back to fix the problem. So I wouldn't hold them to any warranty if they let contractors tear things up and they dont fix it. See photo ladder right on the gutter.

Called to set up an appointment for an estimate-( we needed our roof, windows, and insulation in our attic redone) and couldn't even set up an appointment. Man on the phone was rude told us they would only do replacing of roof and not on residential. They need better customer service and be specific on their website. Wouldn't recommend even calling them...
