Steve is a founding Principal with over 30 years of professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering. He began his career at The Kling Lindquist Partnership in Philadelphia and then followed his love for New England, its people and its architecture when he transitioned back to Boston to Vanderweil Engineers.

Steve continue his growth in the engineering professional at Symmes Maini McKee and then at SAR Engineers. Steve serves as the Principal on projects and oversees the full range of engineering for BER. His others roles include management of our office teams, working closely with clients and in-house continuous education of systems and Codes.
