Our bodywork is individualized toward helping clients release these stresses so that they live more fully in all areas of their lives. We also offer quiet days, retreats, workshops, and mentoring at other locations.

Tapestry Life Resources gets its name from ancient art weavings of the world's many cultures. A tapestry is made of many threads of different textures and colors that are woven together to create a beautiful whole. Our lives are also woven of many threads- some are rough and knotty; others are fine and delicate.
At Hands On Massage Therapy, we tailor each massage to the individual client's needs. We believe one of the most important aspects of an effective massage session is our willingness to listen to your concerns and to the messages of your body. We proudly say we never give the same massage twice. That's because your body has different needs this week than it will have next week.
