Very knowledgeable and efficient. Family business and they were honest about our system and what yo expect going forward and saving for a new system. Gave us a 15 minute window and came right on time. Great call back time and got us in the same week! Very impressed will use them again!

Colts Cooling are just what you would want as an American Patriot. These people are down to earth honest and wholesome family oriented people honest and fair. They went out of their way to accommodate me and went above and beyond, truly. This being the first review I have ever written to any service provider may speak to my experience with them. I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Colt's Cooling, Inc. (in Lewisville) for helping us out. We had a particularly tricky job in our finished basement that George handled incredibly well because of his many years of expertise. We needed to have our ductwork re-done in a way that would raise our ceiling up higher so people won't hit their heads on it. George had the ductwork custom made to fit our needs and did so at a VERY reasonable price! We were having an I-beam put in at the same time and George collaborated beautifully with our contractor since they had to work around each other

I was truly impressed by this company's knowledge and professionalism. Colt's Cooling is a family-run business and they pride themselves on speedy, thorough, and expert service. Most importantly, however, is that they are honest. I had a tech from a big, well-known Winston-Salem HVAC company come to my house and tell me I needed either a new AC system or a $2,200 part. I called Colt's Cooling and George, the owner, come by the very same day, took a look at my unit, and told me all I needed was an $84 part.
