Start making a list of your symptoms and write down the date and times. There are many reasons for head pain. When a traumatic concussion has occurred, a myriad of symptoms could occur including headaches, vision problems, nausea, confusion, etc. A sense of pressure in the head may also be caused from a sinus or ear infection.
The neck or cervical spine which supports a person's head on average weighs approximately 12 pounds. A variety of movements is expected by the human cervical spine. It is susceptible to pain and injury from excessive repetitive motion, falls and blows. A person's neck experiences regular everyday wear and tear, besides the trauma of such unusual events.
There are many reasons for back pain. You may have sought help from your primary care physician or you may have even gone to the emergency room seeking relief. These early steps are really advantageous. Medical doctors there can rule out things like possible urinary tract infections, kidney stones, appendix problems, all of which can cause back pain.
You may have wondered if your hip is wearing out. Many have already complained to their primary care doctor about their concern about hip degeneration. It's possible that you have already had a steroid shot for bursitis or are contemplating getting one. Sometimes that helps a lot and there again those shots have been known to fail to bring relief.
When a person is under stress their body can start getting tense too. A healthy body needs plenty of hydration, rest, and adequate exercise. When under chronic stress, a person tends to neglect the usual pattern which the body uses to restore all the systems. Stress can drive a person to high blood pressure, insomnia, and changes in dietary habits.

I am a bigger guy I'm in the neighborhood of 265 pounds I'm an ex body builder with a si injurie From the sport, among a few other smaller injuries. I was picking up a very heavy steel plate and injured the SI joint locked up my back and the muscles started to spasm, and by the next morning I couldn't get out of bed. So I reached for my phone and started making telephone calls nobody could get me in and most were several weeks booked out. Then I reached out to Robert D soad. I told him what was going on and he asked me if I could make it in. and I said I can but it will be difficult he told me

While on vacation near Coos Bay I injured my back. A google search lead me to Dr Soard, and he was able to get me in the next morning. He was thorough with his assessment before adjusting me. I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities and appreciate his attention to even the most subtle differences. I left his office able to move and my pain nearly gone. I would highly recommend Dr Soard.

I recently moved to Coos Bay and ended up with quite a bit of pain in my back that radiated around to my chest. One my first treatment Dr. Soard gave me significant pain relief and also adjust my locked hip and my neck. I was immediately able to have greater movement, and significantly less pain. I went back and the released my hip again and adjusted my back and neck. I am totally pain free after two treatments. Dr. Soard took the time to assess and identify issues with my spine I wasn’t feeling yet. He also carefully listened to my history. I am a pretty big guy and Dr. Soard has done an excellent

Roger is a great chiropractor who truly listens to his patients to identify their issue. Rodger is also great at explaining how and why muscular and skeleton issues affect the rest of the body. Rodger’s office is on the side of his residence, the office is smaller but professional, the office has a nice seating and adjustment / office room. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway or street.

Dr. Soard got me in on a last minute basis when I was camping in North Bend. I’d been suffering from a migraine for days and finally couldn’t take it anymore. I called his office as a patient he’s never seen before in hopes that I could get an appointment. He got me in the same day, charged a fair price, was very professional and methodical and did an overall great job. He’s friendly and explains what he’s doing through the whole process. I definitely recommend him to anyone in the Coos Bay Area in need of a chiropractor.

I should have left this a long time ago. As I was referring another friend to dr. Soard this morning I came here to leave a review. Many times I have been locked up in my lower back and couldn't barely walk. One time my hips were off to one side so far i looked broken in the center. Soard has released these spots in my back many many times when other chiropractor just put you on the compression table for 2 seconds and take your money. Soard spends the time on everything.
