The way she cares for hair is like no other. She studies your hair and finds the right products for you.

I can give the stylists an idea or just allow them to style my hair how they'd like and I'm always 100% satisfied! Each style fits me and that's very important!

Nancy at Ms. Nikki’s did an amazing job braiding my sister’s hair! As a caregiver to my sister, it’s important that I work with service providers who are professional, kind, and complete work with expertise. Nancy consulted with us ahead of time to make sure she understood exactly what my sister wanted and suggested the Knotless braids. I shared a picture of the desired look and she nailed it! My sister was so very pleased with the results and loved Nancy’s energy during the service. Beautiful job!

Nancy did an amazing job. My box braids were neat and not to tight. She paid extra attention to my edges and the thinning sections of my hair to ensure that they were not to tight. She was on time and extremely professional. It's been about 6 weeks, and they still look great. I most definitely will book another appointment. Thank you!!!!

Nikki always does an amazing job! I typically get my hair done by her, but decided to try out her braiders. Everyone that knows me knows that I am pretty conservative when it comes to hairstyles. NOT this time! —pandemic has me stepping out of my comfort zone! I ABSOLUTELY love my knotless micro braids! 1st time having it done and loving it.

The owner is really good and so nice. The Braiders are a little unprofessional when it come to scheduling. I drove 45 mins away for an appointment. When I got to the shop no one was there, I reached out and Nancy tells me the girl that does knotless braids is out for a month. Which that’s fine but sis I drove all the way here woke up at 6am.( mind you I work nights) and was excited. Just to drive all the way there for no reason. I’m disappointed. They just need better communication is all I’m sayin. It’s messin with folks time and money.

I scheduled a appointment a week before the appointment day. I asked for knotless braids.when i got there the lady didnt even know how to do them so i had to wait a whole hour for someone else to come. Then once that lady came i still didnt get the style i wanted i paid $160 for something i didnt even want or liked but i needed my hair done. I traveled 45 minutes away from where im from and they didnt know what they were doing. They promoted that they do knotless braids but they dont know how to do them i highly recommend you dont go here for knotless braids. They rushed through my hair!The last

Ms. Nikki did a wonderful job on my natural shoulder-length hair. I decided to try tex-laxing or texturizing my hair for the first time. She walked me through the process and did a great job on my hair. I love how easy it is to wash and style now but I still have body and some of my natural texture. I will definitely go back.
