They are not good dentists. Those who are here in Knightdale. I don't recommend them to my daughter. They fixed her teeth, touched her nerve and then they said it was because she was allergic and my daughter had retainers, and when she wanted to put them on, they didn't fit her and when I went to tell them, they didn't listen to me Pass is that at… the new tooth cleaning appointment they said I had cavities and it's not true that I went to another clinic and my daughter doesn't have cavities that happened? I don't know, be careful with Ricobene

I have been going to Riccobene Associates for several years and have always been seen on time, treated well by all associates and appreciate the hygienists that have done a great job cleaning my teeth. As well, respect the dentists that reviewed my dental work and their presentation of options for me. As well, my sons 8 and 9 and 4 year old daughter, as well, my wife, have been treated well. The facilities are clean, tech tools the latest, plenty of parking and pleasantly comfortable waiting room.. My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled today. (12/30/2021). They were starting to cause pain and needed to come out. We went to the Porters Neck location where she could be sedated. Absolutely adore Dr. Jameson. He is so nice, explained everything throughly to me and my daughter. The assistants were super nice as well. They made my daughter… feel comfortable and at ease as much as possible. One of them named Ryan made sure to explain everything again after helping my daughter into the car & was patient enough to pause & receive a hug from my very thankful kid haha.. I highly recommend

I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love how timely and kind they are. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist (mine was Taylor) to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Williams) everyone is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and helped me tremendously. I have waited years to go back to the dentist because I’ve always hated going. I was embarrassed and reluctant to call and schedule an appointment. I moved from out of state and needed a new dentist and I’m beyond words happy that I chose Riccobene! The customer service was absolutely nothing short of elite. When I called to schedule my appointment the lady who answered the phone couldn’t have been any sweeter. The front desk staff when I got there were so welcoming and friendly. I want to start by saying the dental assistant side in Monkey Junction is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. However, if you need actual work done DO NOT see Dr. Steve, especially if you have problems with needles or any consent related trauma. I had to have a filling put in and I had to tell him 3 TIMES to wait just a second so I could… calm myself down enough for the shot. The second time I put my arm up and he tried to push past me and third time I actually had to grab his arm and was like “are you serious?!” Pretty loudly. He finally stopped and was annoyed with

We’ve given them so many chances, but the Mebane location has been a NIGHTMARE!! They promise we will owe nothing for our visit (I make them check) and then we get a bill in the mail for quite a bit of money! They have tried to tell us we didn’t pay them for a service and we had to show them the bank statement to prove we did. At my last… appointment one person said we owed money from a past appt then another lady said we had a credit and owe nothing. Got a bill today for $89 which included the supposed money we owed plus extra for my kids’ cleanings…..that they

Have had multiple issues since the change from Bozart to them, and pretty much right away knew we would not be sticking around with the practice due to it. Continued to charge me on auto draft even after I called and paid in full, then had to call to get them to stop that. Have asked multiple times to be removed from email and text notifications. … Just had to block Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry on my phone because despite me texting STOP in response to their multiple texts etc, I still continue to get electronic marketing via email and texts regardless. The office manager at the Knightdale, NC location does not respond to phone calls or return messages promptly. I was quoted at a certain price for Invisalign and when I asked my husband to pay, they charged… about $500 more. I had called for over 2 weeks to get it straightened out. It was a very frustrating process. The ladies at the front desk are very rude as well.
