Great customer service, and Janet was more than helpful with my recent watch purchase. Had been looking for a certain Tudor Black Bay 58, and they were one of the few authorized dealers who had one in stock. She's very knowledge, and made this selection smooth and effortless. I recently visited the location in Sundance Square. Great experience! The service was unbelievable. I was greeted immediately and asked by a gentleman if he could help me; I responded I was looking and not sure what I really was looking for. What I liked was they allowed me to do this without hovering over me, but they were there to answer questions. When i was ready to talk and get serious they were right there for me. I was trying to decide on a gift for my wife and they were very knowledge about everything I asked them from watches and earrings to the the diamond I was considering. I NEVER

I have been going to Haltom's on Main for years. The first time in my wife fell in love with a necklace she spotted in a display case. I bought her the necklace. The service was top notch. Because that experience was so nice I have kept going back.
Recently I searched all over Texas and Oklahoma for a particular watch. I could not find one anywhere within driving distance. I made a call to Haltom's and they told me they would search for one for me. One month later they called me and told me they weren't expecting that particular watch to arrive, but they got it in on a shipment that morning.

1 Star due to customer service. My wife bought a timepiece from this company as a surprise gift. The item she bought was not the right one and she tried to return/ exchange it 3 days after. This company refuses to even exchange the watch for equal value. The manager says they do not exchange special orders. My wife was not notified of this prior to her ordering the timepiece. The manage and salesman have zero sympathy and refused to help in anyway. I now have almost 4K in a timepiece that I will not wear and Bruce the manager will not help in any way. The response I kept getting was "sorry

I found top quality products in this store. If you are looking for a wedding present, I would highly suggest to start here! Just the building itself is nice! I wish I had taken more picture of the building, but the products that they had on hand stole the show!

Being born and raised in Ft. Worth, Haltom's Jewelers and the Haltom family were a big part of Ft. Worth. Even though the jewelry store is no longer owned or associated with the Haltom family, they're still carrying on the long-standing tradition of excellence.
Around a year ago, I had one of my favorite New Mexico turquoise rings "re-shanked". The original shank on the ring was very thin and, me being a big guy, broke it. Haltom's jeweler. He did a beautiful job "building up" the shank to a thickness that would be more becoming to me.

Avoid at all costs. Seriously. Run. Their staff doesn't know what is happening in that store, their prices are outrages, the timeframe is ridiculous, and in three visits I haven't felt that the staff cares about me at all. Attention to detail is so ridiculous that my name was spelled correctly on one of my receipts but not the other. This should have been a red flag from day one.
I went to Haltom's Jewelers because I live across the street and it was convenient. I wish I had read the reviews first. I am getting married in three weeks and needed my engagement ring taken down

I had 4 pieces of jewelry I wanted appraised, one of the rings needed to be resized and one of the rings needed to be repaired. I went to Haltom's on Camp Bowie because that's where I got a ring I still wear after 45 years. It's an old established business, I like that, I appreciate the work it took to get to that level.
After 3 weeks I got my items back, the ring fit, I glanced at the very nicely bound 6 page appraisal, paid them 355 or so dollars and went on my way. I got home and looked at everything closer and noticed the ring that was to be repaired was not repaired. The ring
