Michael DiPietro began his career in public accounting in 1981. After interning at Arthur Young & Company, he founded his own firm in 1986 and was incorporated in 1991. With more than thirty years' experience in public accounting, Mike developed a focus on small to medium businesses, business owners and high net-worth individuals.

This firm is so incredibly inept I don't even know what to say. But here is what I experienced:
They lost my file which required me to contact them repeatedly while they fumbled to find it again and pick up where they had left off, nearly costing me a late filing. This is also the type of office that is so disorganized that one staffperson will tell you one thing and another will contradict that completely.
Avoid.

I filed a LAWSUIT against this firm. Do not use them!!! It has cost me a ton of money to fix their mistakes. They have no idea what they are doing. They lie to you, charge you for things they never did. They have faulty software that doesn't even file your tax returns when they say. The fees and penalties that i have gotten because they are so bad have been through the roof. Do you self a favor.....FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I will update with legal documents when my lawyer clears them.

Where do i start.
Been with them for years,
but this time was terrible.
I took my form in early February, after 3 weeks, thought what takes so long.
So i called them, telling me they need more information.
Said we send you a email, what they didn't.
So i brougth in more information, called last week of march, still not worked on it.
My tax forms are very simple.
so called April 8th, they told me Mike has to review it, is done on Monday.
Now i am getting worried, lose to the 15th, called no not done, now it is Tuesday, alled again, now i get a ccalll from Michael. he told me it is going to

How this idiot is still in practice is beyond me. He is not only unprofessional, but also unethical and treats his employees like sh**! He not only rips off his clients, but also his employees. He makes promises that he does not intend to keep. What is even more laughable is that he considers himself a very religious man - really??? He should be reported to the BBB and put out of business already. This clown gives reputable CPA's a bad name!

I could not believe how rude Michael has gotten! I've been going to this firm for the past few years, (I've been to the Claremont and Monrovia locations and they were no better) and this last tax season did it for me!
All his employees seemed stressed and misinformed (most likely because of him) so I had to constantly repeat simple things, like, my contact information (even though they've had them on file for years). I had to remind them that I had a "confrence call" on the day they were supposed to call me..... a half an hour after the appointed time! When I called,

RUN AWAY!!! Do yourself a favor and do not work with them! Although Michael is very talented and knows taxes, he is impossible to work with. He doesn't remember his promises, he says he is going to do certain things and never does them, and has cost me thousands of dollars. He completely abandoned me with my audit. As a result of the bad information he gave me along with virtually malpractice in the way he dealt with other filings with the IRS for my LLCs, I may have to take legal recourse in order to recover the thousands of dollars he has cost me.

Then I get a proposed assessment from the State and every time I called I could only speak with Sang who CAN NOT speak English whatsoever plus the nightmare named Diane. Diane calls me requesting for documentation that the company already had on file talk about incompetence at its finest. Really poor experience and like the other reviewer, really poor customer service.
They have potentially messed up my business status and suggested doing things my other accountant said was rather below standards and could get me in trouble.
I've been trying to get them to send me a copy of my file for months now and they won't budge. I regret even talking to those guys and I don't recommend you use them either. This is their website. Stay away. www.mdcpainc.com
