Davis-Oswald Funeral Home has a long-standing tradition of excellence in the Central Illinois area. We are family-owned and operated and have devoted our service to the families we assist. Our staff strives to provide thoughtful and compassionate service, as in years past, and for years to come.
Davis Mortuary started at the Hopedale location in 1947, when Don Davis Sr. purchased the Rickett Funeral Home from Charles Rickett, who was the funeral director in Hopedale at that time.The Davis family lived in the upstairs apartment of the mortuary until 1962, at which time they moved to Tremont.

Davis-Oswald Funeral Homes are pleased to serve Central Illinois in Tremont, Hopedale, Delavan and the surrounding areas. Please feel free to contact any of our staff members at any time. Jeremy is a life long resident of Tremont and a graduate of Tremont High School in 2011. He started working for Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in 2013.
Michael Oswald is a founding member of the Gift of Hope Funeral Care Advisory Council, which serves the community by supporting Gift of Hope's mission to save lives through organ and tissue donation. In doing so, we honor the wishes of grieving families to donate the gifts of organ and tissue on behalf of their deceased loved ones.
