Hardwood floor installation in homes and commercial buildings can add a lot of value and character. In addition, it is also very durable. Hardwood floors are ideal for both indoor or outdoor use and they are usually fairly easy to install. However, there are some things that you should know before deciding to install a hardwood floor.
If you are going to hire a hardwood floor installation crew to install new floors in your home or office building, you will want to make sure that the crew is reputable and has the proper equipment for the job. Also, you will want to choose a company that offers quality service and has employees who are willing to work with customers.

Customer and subcontractors beware! The owner owes me around $200 for oil changes done on his vehicle. I have tried to contact him via phone, email, or text messages without success. Additionally, the address he provides for his office is non-existent as it is the address for a mall. Go try and find it and you will corroborate for yourself.

Sub contractors! Be careful with this guys. I did two drywall jobs for Paul. First job I did was a closet turn in to a wine cellars. It took him about a month to pay me. Second job he still owes me $5,000. He won’t answer his phone or text messages. I don’t think this guy deserves any work from customers.

I have worked with Paul at PK Renovations on multiple projects in and around Austin, Tx. My company uses him to remodel rooms to be turned into custom wine cellars. We have worked on about 5 projects so far and all of them have turned out great. If we run into an issue he is always quick to find a solution and solve it asap. Communication is the most important aspect when building anything custom and Paul has been great at keeping us up to date with how the projects are coming along! I have recommended him to many and will continue to do so.
