Horrible customer service

Rude and unprofessional. If you're unhappy with your cake you'll be out of luck because she won't make you a new one.

My experience....NOT so fabulous.
Approximately one week prior, I called and spoke with Carol and asked if she could make a strawberry cake with cream cheese/buttercream icing with Happy Birthday and my son's name with a border. I told her I needed it on 7/31 and she asked me to call back the Tuesday prior, and I did. Once again I stated what I was looking for (I had contacted a few different bakeries so I had already repeated what I needed several times). I thought we were on the same page based on our two conversations and thought no more of it. I paid the $40 deposit on a $75 cake via

Picked up a birthday cake for my wife's birthday. Absolutely amazing cake. It was beautiful and tasted Delicious. Fresh strawberries were whipped into the batter. Cream cheese center. AMAZING. Also for a fair price! Definitely will be shopping with so fabulous cakes again. The lady who owned it was super sweet as well.

I got a cake for my boyfriend's 25th birthday and was blown away. The cake came out absolutely spectacular, and the owner was super friendly and helpful when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. Will definitely be coming back for the next celebration!

Awesome work, very accommodating, friendliest owner. I had a pretty tall order last minute a week ago and without hesitation they accepted the job. The work was wonderful and the cake was a hit. So much so we placed another order for next week!

I am beyond thrilled with the quality, presentation, communication, and taste of my custom cake!! I can not recommend Carol and her services enough. WOW, what a pleasant experience. Her communication was pristine and the cake was flawless! I was even more satisfied when I cut into the cake. She did exactly what I asked but even better than I could have imagined. I look forward to returning and will never go elsewhere as long as Carol is still whipping up her magical cakes. 5+++ stars!

Cakes 4 All totally nailed my succulent cupcakes for my baby shower. I had never used this bakery before but will definitely be returning for my next cake or cupcake need. They were not only BEAUTIFUL, they were moist and delicious. Thank you for helping my shower be a little 'sweeter'

We were scrambling 24 hours before the birthday party to get a cake. We had been turned down at 2 bakeries, but Cakes for All was compassionate and she worked hard to get us an amazing cake. Thanks so much!!

I was extremely excited to try this cake company. They had beautiful pictures of their cakes online and in binders at the store. The reason for 3 stars was for cake decorations ( lack there of and hand written message). I will take some of the blame for lack of decoration because maybe I wasn't as detailed as I should have been when ordering. Even though I said here is the picture I want, and you all can be creative with decorations around picture, no decorations were placed so the cake was very plain looking for 55 dollars.

2nd, whomever does the WRITTEN messages on the cakes honestly needs

Went here to get a cake made for my bf and his father birthday. The cake turned out better than expected. We spoke with Carol and found out they're under new ownership but they kept the same employees so the quality is still there. We asked for a car theme type cake (for grown men) and got the vanilla with raspberry liqueur filling. Gave them the idea and the colors we wanted but the baker got it amazingly right.

Went to Cakes 4 All to order a cake for graduation. My husband and I were never acknowledged! No "hello", No "May I help you" or we'll be with you shortly! NOTHING!!! We were the only customers in the store! So they were not busy! I guess they did not want our business! ‍

I spent almost 10 minutes looking at cake pictures in the binders and no one came up to welcome me or find out what I wanted to order for my daughter's birthday. Guess they're too busy and don't need another order. I'm giving 2 stars since I didn't actually try one of their cakes.

I was in search for a custom cake for my husband's 30th birthday and stumbled onto Cakes 4 All via google. They had such high ratings so I took my weird cake request to them with hopes of no judgement lol let me tell you, this cake is out of this world hands down the most epic and phenomenal thing I have ever seen! They couldn't have been more friendly and eager to make this ghoulishly fantastic piece of confection perfection. As a couple who celebrates birthdays and holidays solely for the sport to outdo the other, Cakes 4 All has successfully boosted me to victory. Bask in the glory

This place is great! We called on Friday about getting a custom shaped cake for Saturday afternoon and they took care of it. A very small rush fee was added, but no one else could help us! People are easy to work with and got it done! Cake not only looked great, but tasted great and was a huge hit at our party.

It's kind of hard to order from a bakery that's closed from Dec. 18 through Jan. 6 and is only taking orders via email for orders AFTER Jan. 7.

The bunny cake was AMAZING! The attention to detail, the strawberry flavor, the quality of work.... absolute PERFECTION. I've been coming to you guys for years for my family events and every cake is better than the last. Thank you so much!!!

We picked up some custom made cup cakes from Cakes 4 All, for our grandson's birthday.

The place is set up like a studio with several tables and chairs with cake catalog pictures on each table, flyers and business cards.
Their Cake Designer will seat with you and discuss your cake needs.

They have a clear wide window fridge that contains special made cakes on display ready to be picked up.

Reasonably priced, defends on how elaborate you want your customized Cake.

Staff are courteous and helpful, know what they're doing. They'll give you some advise on how NOT to be a "Cake

Love this place!! I have bought cakes from here before, and they can pretty much do EXACTLY what you want!

I recently ordered my wedding cake and groom's cake from here! I had my wedding on a Sunday in McKinney and they drove all the way out to deliver the cake to my venue! It was beautiful! Each layer was a different flavor and each flavor was delicious! My favorite was the coconut.
Additionally, they are more reasonably priced than most bakeries! Thank you Cakes4All!!
