Wow okay, this is one of the worse experiences I have renting from any company ever.
First of all, we felt pressured to sign our lease or else Damian was going to move onto the next tenants.
Damian lacks communication and FAILS to answer emails within a timely manner.
The house we were renting in Sammamish, had broken windows, a broken oven, NO WORKING OUTLETS in the garage, one of the ovens was broken. We put in SEVERAL requests. and nothing got done.
The broken windows were molded out and did not close all the way. This was fine during the summer, but in the middle of winter, this room is

I was trying to rent an unit and got to know that Rock Real Estate is taking care of the unit as a property management company. Worked with Damian Husak on this. Very unpleasant experience working with him. The unit was not clean, needed couple of fixes and mentioned that to Damian after self-guided viewing of the unit. He was not responsive to calls or text. After couple of attempts to contact him, agreed to get those works done. I applied for the unit paying $45 administrative fees and no response on the work yet. He sent me lease draft and kind of threatened to find somebody else for tenancy

Damian Husak- A complete disrespectful and unprofessional leasing agent. If I can give him a negative rating, I will not hesitate to do so.
I wish I had seen the previous complaints of Damian Husak so my wife and I would absolutely not submit our application and paid the screening fees as we were trying to rent a residential property in Kirkland recently, which Damian serves as a leasing agent.
Damian didn’t appear when we tour the rental property so we were self-touring, it was understandable during the pandemic. He is slow on responding our questions if he responses, and things go worse after

We rented a property in Sammish County from Rock Real Estate property management. The experience was extraordinarily difficult. The property was filthy when we took possession. Damien Husak was slow to respond if he responded at all. We’re not talking about minor issues, we are talking about health and safety concerns. Water pipes breaking, animal urine on the carpets and mold. Please consider renting a property from any other agency as you will greatly regret your decision.

Initial experience was good. We were promised a professionally cleaned home upon moving into the rental. Once we arrived and got our keys, everything went downhill from there. The house was filthy, requiring my husband and I to hire professional cleaners and also clean up the mess left behind. Not just a bacteria laden house, the multiple holes throughout the home, along with no painting upkeep, are going to be impossible to cover with enough pictures. More so, when I submit work orders for items such as missing parts, exposed electrical and potential mold, they are closed and never remedied. Sad
