Our AC quit the Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend, and Marz was there the next day to fix it - on a Sunday!! I always brag about Marz Mechanical! Their customer service is the best - especially when you’re completely stressed out over no AC! They’re responsive, repair the problem, and the techs (Jacob, Ben and Xavier) are knowledgeable and super nice. Crystal (in the office) is always very friendly, too. While you’re dealing with the frustration of not having AC, they make the entire situation much easier to deal with (and they get it fixed quickly - which is what we all want!) -- Then

Marz failed miserably when it came to scheduling and checking on us when we were under a preventive maintenance HVAC agreement. Jacob understood they messed up just a horrible experience and do not recommend Marz monthly preventive maintenance plans to anyone as operations there will say they scheduled it and just randomly cancel it and continue to bill you for it.

Marz has made 2 visits so far to our rental home: one to replace the hot water heater and then another to fix the fixtures in a shower as well as the handles on the washer outlet. I have found the workers to be courteous, on time (or early), and totally competent with their tasks. I can whole-heartedly recommend.

I am a realtor and I have to make sure that vendors I support really take care of my customers and Marz Mechanical is the top vendor I use for HVAC and plumbing.

I recently contacted Marz for thermostat not operating, so we've been without heat, and what a shock when their guy came over. He didn't do anything but look and forced our poor family to pay him right then for looking around. He never tried to fix the thermostat and kept saying to my family he can't touch anything without approval. What a joke. The Owner of Marz was in contact with me after I called to get answers for the awful experience and he too was not someone that was willing to be fair and fix it himself. It's a shame when a family owned business preys on other families

Jacob was my technician and he went above and beyond. Great customer service was on time and got everything fixed and my house is cool again. My sister was on the phone with our home warrant company and my phone rang and it was Marz Mechanical telling me they can be here between 7am -9am. Jacob was here by 7:30 and fixing my air conditioner! Thank you for everything Jacob your service and attitude was OUTSTANDING! I will request Marz Mechanical every time I call my home warranty company. Thank you so much for everything Jacob!

Xavier was really professional and did a great job explaining everything to me. I called for service yesterday and they were out here today taking care of me. They didn't try to upsell me services I don't need which was refreshing. They use an app to notify you when your technician is on his way how long it will be until he arrives. That was really convenient as well. Overall very easy to work with friendly and a pleasant experience. Felt comfortable having them in my home.
