Best. Builder. Ever. Don't look any further for a builder. Contact Jay at Equity Construction. Building a house is an endeavor, and Jay made the process as painless as possible (hey, it's construction, things happen!) We've had people just walking in the neighborhood compliment the house and it's all due to Jay's attention to detail and meticulous approach. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process. He made sure there was regular communications throughout the entire process and we never had to wonder what was going on. This is our forever home and we love it, all thanks to Jay and

Jay built my house that won every award for the 2011 Spokane home show. I was working overseas at the time so it was all done by phone and internet. It blew me away with his attention to detail and quality of work. To to prove a point I still call him a friend and have a beer with him now and then. Most of the other house I had built, I don't ever want to talk to the builder again. You can't go wrong with him as your builder!
