Our customers carpenter completed the bench before we arrived and was working directly for the customer. Customer contacted us because we have done three or four projects for them over the last five years. We estimated the project and told them it would take three days, to do correctly, then we returned each day to first dismantle all moving parts and doors then sand, clean and oil-prime all moving pieces.

My wife called on a Saturday afternoon, Wade came out the next morning and gave us a fair quote. He started on Monday, after picking up the paint color we picked out. He painted the living areas of our house and did a great job. He covered the floors and removed all necessary outlet covers and blinds. He even caulked around my crown molding where necessary. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

We did not use this company and glad we didn't. In the vast search for a reputable drywall business in Jax, I came upon AAA Advanced Residential Rehab and decided to give them a call for a quote on drywall repair. After reading all the glowing reviews, I expected a fair quote and the job to be done correctly. However, after speaking with Wade a couple times, we will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone.

Wade and his crew painted the interior walls, trim and popcorn ceiling of my house. The walls were a mess from years of neglect and animal rescue remnants. The ceiling was stained from numerous leaks and dust from the vents. Now the interior of my house looks brand new. The ceiling is white again.I'm so happy with the paint job! Wade is an expert in his trade. I'll definitely hire him again for future painting!

We hired AAA to remove popcorn on a vaulted ceiling and replace it with a smooth finish. They also made minor drywall repair and painted our LR, DR and hall and sealed and painted original cedar walls that are found in many 80's era homes here. Wade communicated well, and started and completed on time. He convinced us to take a trip while they worked (it was a week's worth of work). We had a nice trip (and remained COVID safe), and were thrilled to be away from the dust and mess. Wade's team did a great job - starting with cleaning and protecting the floors and ending by coming back a week later

We recently moved into our home and the moving company ended up denting my walls. Wade Tiller was contracted out to fix these issues. Wade came out and took a look at the damage and assured me he would have no issues fixing the dents and gouges. We located the paint color used on the walls from left over cans from the previous owner. Though the color was discontinued Wade was successful in making a perfect match. As for the damage, Wade and his team made everythig disappear. You can not tell there was ever any damage what so ever. All of the reminents of his job were cleaned up, no tape marks,

Great service! Wade contacted me immediately to give me a quote for an exterior wood siding repair, and he hit it perfectly on the labor and materials. He provided pictures of the work and receipts along the way, as well as gave me status updates, since I don't live in the same city as the property that he worked on. Wade did an awesome job with the exterior of my house. Same day quote in my inbox, work done in just about a week (mostly due to working around rainstorms). Great communication, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Plus I love that he let me go to Sherwin Williams to buy the paint and materials myself, so I could split up costs over two paychecks. Little things like that really help! I have already recommended him to coworkers and would use him again myself.

We contracted with AAA to scrape old popcorn off our ceilings, skim till smooth and to then prime and paint the ceilings. AAA hired a subcontractor that did the actual work. The employees of the subcontractor were great...very professional and much attention to detail. The finished ceilings looked wonderful!
