We came from Colorado to Kansas with a realtor already in mind and at the last minute that realtor petered out! We left a message with Jessica's office and the next morning (early) she and I talked and I gave her a list of homes we HAD to see the next day because we needed to get back to Colorado. Jessica was GREAT! a real trooper, she set up appointments and we looked at 5 or 6 houses and made an offer that weekend. Jessica went above and beyond corresponding with us in Colorado as we needed to purchase a home ASAP! She texted, emailed and called when it was warranted. She made purchasing a home

We were selling our home and also looking to buy a home and chose to use Jessica as our agent and I cannot day enough positive things about working with her. There were several hang ups with the mortgage company we were working with and Jessica was instrumental in assuring the deal did not fall through with the home we were buying. She is extremely hard working and was always available when we needed a question answered, information sent to the mortgage company and the sellers! Jessica is so great to work with. She is very professional and a lot of fun to work with as she puts you at ease about the whole process which can sometimes seem scary.
