Beware - counselor not COVID vaccinated - way I found out was by asking her - she basically said if you don’t like it you can leave. Very Irresponsible for a health organization to not protect their patients from Covid. I decided to walk out & will not return.

I only called to get some information on what their different programs were and the lady who answered the phone was the most unfriendly voice you would want if you were in a bad mental state. Shame on you. Maybe look into getting staff that actually sounds like they may care what a human is going through instead of sounding like they just ruined her day by calling...

Sarah Elwell is far the most comfortable I've been with a mental health professional and the most helpful counselor/therapist I have seen in my 2 decades of therapy. Sarah makes the difficult things easier to talk about and always makes sure I am okay at the end of our sessions. The only downside is it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment scheduled every 2 weeks, however I brought this up last session and I've been assured she is working on making that process easier. I have insurance, but the cash pay option is really affordable as far as therapy goes. Staff is friendly and helpful
